The 10 testimonies include 9 witnesses to the persecutions and shootings and one testimony from a Jewish escapee. These 10 witnesses were interviewed during Yahad - In Unum field investigations in Lithuania, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Moldova and Russia. The USB-sticks contain 10 short clips, one for each witness (each lasting 4-6 minutes). Each page includes: 1. A questionnaire for students (10 questions). 2. An historical introduction of the locations studied (sourced from the archives) and on each witness. 3. A glossary. 4. Photographs of the witness, execution sites and of the Yahad - In Unum team during their investigation. At the beginning of each page, you will find the first name of the witness, his or her year of birth, the town or village in which the investigation was carried out and the interview number. For example, "T796U18" denotes the 796th witness interviewed during the 18th field investigation in Ukraine (T for Witness; LT for Lithuania; B for Belarus; P for Poland; U for Ukraine; M for Moldova; R for Russia). The line below indicates the themes covered by the witness in the short clip that will appear in the questionnaire. Each page is independent from the others.
